Green Bay Packers’ Team Photographer, Evan Siegle

On Thursday, Nov. 14, come grab some free tacos and talk some football with Evan Siegle, the Green Bay Packers’ team photographer. Hear Evan talk about his job and what it’s like to document one of the NFL’s most popular teams, what’s in his camera bag, and his approach to his craft. He’ll also share some of his favorite moments with the team, both on and off the field.

Evan Siegle is an award-winning photographer, with more than 16 years of experience working in the photojournalism industry. He has worked at several Wisconsin newspapers, including the Beloit Daily News and Green Bay Press-Gazette. Siegle has been covering the Green Bay Packers for the past 18 seasons, with the past 4 seasons as the Green Bay Packers team photographer. Siegle’s work has been recognized locally and nationally by affiliations such as the Wisconsin News Photographers Association, Milwaukee Press Club, NFL Hall of Fame, Best of Gannett, Associated Press and Wisconsin Newspaper Association. He has covered a variety of sports leagues such as PGA and LPGA events, the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics and Super Bowl XLV in Dallas. Siegle also has several pieces of photography showcased in the “Green Bay Packers Collection”, which features over 145 pieces of art celebrating the organization, stadiums, fans, shareholders, coaches, players, community, games, championships and more. His work showcases a documentary-style approach while seeking beautiful light, compositions and moments. Siegle grew up in Fort Atkinson, Wis., and graduated from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.
