Kate Mothes is an independent curator and founder of Young Space. Young Space (yngspc) is an independent, itinerant, online-offline contemporary art platform emphasizing early career and emerging artists. Young Space aims to highlight global up-and-coming talent through an ongoing series of exhibitions, publications, and collaborative initiatives with artists, gallerists, and organisers around the world. Originally from the Fox Valley, she currently lives and works in Edinburgh, Scotland.
